Building Automation Graphics
Complete 2D & 3D animated plant graphics pre-installed to the BMS controls designed specifically for the site application, allowing for quick and easy inspection of the plant.
The graphical representation of the plant can be viewed in 'real time' from either the display on the front of the control panel, a PC on the local site network or remotely on a smartphone, tablet or PC.
A reporting function is also available within the BMS, that (if required) will send a daily - monthly report of the associated equipment to facility managers / operators, detailing the performance & status of the plant.
If any alarms are detected, the BMS has the ability to directly contact selected staff / managers via email or SMS notifying them of the alarm & severity. The alarms will remain on the BMS until they are cleared by the relevant user. This helps to create an audit trail of alarms for review by site managers and highlights any potential issues.

Control System Service & Maintenance
Post control system installation, our commissioning engineers ensure that the BMS is fully functional and operates all the associated plant & equipment correctly. During commissioning the engineer will also ensure that the building is optimised for the most energy efficient & comfortable operation of the building.
At Infinite Controls Ltd we offer several maintenance packages that can be tailored to suit your specific long-term needs. We can provide service schedules that range from an annual (1 day on site service per year) to a fully maintained contract that involves remote BMS & plant performance monitoring and preventative maintenance.
Post-commissioning, we are the most cost-effective way to ensure your system continues to operate effectively in the long term.

Lighting Control
Approximately 11% of the electrical energy used in a typical building is consumed by lighting. How many times do you notice lights switched on when not required? For example, on bright days or simply left on overnight because nobody thought to turn them off?
A great deal of energy can be saved by placing control of lighting systems under BEMS. This could be as simple as lighting contactors on distribution boards which switch off banks of lights at pre-set times, or perhaps occupancy detectors which enable light fittings when movement is detected. Budgets permitting we may propose more sophisticated solution involving for example a DALI interface, which provides far greater sophistication and flexibility.
